Steffen Lindner Joins TE Connectivity as Sales Director Europe for Automation & Control

DARMSTADT, Germany – July 26, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has announced the appointment of Steffen Lindner as Sales Director Europe for TE’s Automation & Control business.

Lindner will be responsible for the direct sales team and customers of TE`s Automation and Control business. “TE is a leader in enabling digital factories of the future and I’m excited to partner with customers to help them increase their productivity, agility and efficiency with the strength of our engineers behind them,” said Lindner.

Lindner worked for the last 20 years in different positions at Phoenix Contact and has a long track record in industrial sales. At Phoenix Contact, Lindner was vice president and managing director, responsible for product portfolio, product development, and production of field device connectors. He has an electrical engineering degree from Fachhochschule Lippe and Höxter in Lemgo, Germany, with a focus on data communication.

In his role, Steffen will report to Craig McDonnell, VP and general manager for TE´s Automation & Control, and will be based out of Germany.
