New partners strengthen Amrop International executive search services in Europe

Amrop International, a member of the global Amrop Hever Group, one of the world’s largest executive search organisations, has announced that Benoit Lison and Tanguy van Reeth have joined the firm as partners. The new partnerships reflect the company’s commitment to grow its business through the addition of competencies which strengthen Amrop’s specialist support in finding ideally qualified individuals for senior management and board level positions.

Both new partners have strong backgrounds in executive search, recruitment and training. Benoit Lison was previously a partner at Batenborch International, a specialist in recruitment of sales and marketing professionals. Before becoming a partner in the company’s Belgian operation, he had spent several years in a range of management roles. Prior to joining Batenborch Lison had been a consultant with Belgian training and consulting firm Herbots & Partners.

Tanguy van Reeth also joins Amrop from Batenborch International, where he had been the firm’s country manager for Belgium and previously managed Batenborch’s activities in France for three years. Van Reeth began his working carrier in sales management in the packaging industry.
