Bernd Schneider Joins TE Connectivity as Field Application Engineer for TE Automation & Control

DARMSTADT, Germany – August 10, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, announced the appointment of Bernd Schneider as a Field Application Engineer for TE Automation & Control.

Schneider started earlier this year and is responsible for the Intercontec business in Southern Germany. “I will also work with companies to bring solutions that utilize the broader capabilities of TE,” said Schneider. “I look to start synergies with the other parts of the TE product portfolio.”

Schneider worked more than 16 years as a sales engineer and key account sales manager at SEW, Getriebebau Nord and Sumitomo Cyclo in the Power & Automation Industry. After finishing his Mechanical Engineer Degree (University of Applied Sciences, Munich) he gathered two years of Product Manager Skills in Virginia, USA.

Schneider is based near Munich, Germany, and covers southern Germany and reports to Markus Lorenz, Industrial A&C Sales Manager EMEA South.
